Welcome to February !!!
The winter in Tokyo is coming to an end and to runaway from the last weeks of cold weather we came up with another hot cocktail . There are so many choices for hot cocktails but we decided to start this month with an absinthe base recipe .
東京の冬は終わりつつあります。先週から続く寒さに負けないようホットカクテルを用意しました。いろんなホットカクテルがありますが今月はアブサンベースで始めることにしました。
The LAST DAYS OF WINTER
1 part – absinthe ( la Clandestine absinthe suits well )
1 part – Heering cherry liqueur
4 parts – hot water
Slice of lemon .
Combine first absinthe and Heering cherry in a mug glass , and after add the hot water , add the slice of lemon at the end . After just enjoy it .
It is a really “easy to make ” cocktail , and it can keep you warm for the THE LAST DAYS OF WINTER .
