The summit was held in Hiroshima. At Bar Tram, gin and tonic made with a limited edition of "Sakurao," a Hiroshima-made gin, is very popular. (This gin is made with many local Hiroshima ingredients, including the ancient Japanese herb "hamagou.)Refreshing and spicy! It is also perfect for these hot days.

May 16th is Chartreuse Day! This famous herbal liqueur has been produced in the monastery since 1605, and the recipe handed down is still strictly guarded by a few monks. It is made from about 130 different herbs and is known as the "Queen of Liqueurs.
Bar Tram, Bar TRENCH and Bar TRIAD, will be celebrating "Chartreuse Cocktail Week" from May 15 to May 19. whether you're a fan of herbal drinks or not, please come on in!

I opened Bar Tram 20 years ago today with the desire to give shape to the bar I envisioned in my mind. I am so happy to see our staff I work with and the customers who come to Bar Tram.

13 years ago, on May 1, 2010, we opened Bar TRENCH with the desire to give form to a bar we envisioned in our hearts. We are very happy to see that 13 years have passed and we still have customers who come to our bar not only from Tokyo, but also from all over Japan and even the world. With a consistent presence on the Asia's 50 Best Bars list since 2016 - most recently ranking at No. 25 in 2022 - Bar Trench has won tipplers' hearts with their cosmopolitan outlook and cocktail narratives. Co-owner and chief bartender Rogerio presides in this cozy bar, serving quality drinks created with the detail-focused Japanese style of bartending in tandem with the creative western style of bartending.

Focused on accessible but well-crafted cocktails, Bar Triad opened its doors in 2017, thus creating a golden triangle of drinking culture in Ebisu together with Bar Tram and Bar Trench. Entering the bar world under the influence of his brother, Bar Manager Chihiro believes that bars enrich people's lives and strives to promote cultural activities through drinking.
