私の心に思い描く店を形にしてみたいとの思いで、18年前の今日、Bar Tramを、そして、11年前の今日、Bar TRENCHを開店しました。僕らの2つのバーの誕生日である5月1日、乾杯できないのは残念ですが、共に働く仲間も増え、営業再開を心待ちにしてくれているお客様がいることを本当に嬉しく思います。
今まで支えてくれた皆様、本当にありがとうございます。心から感謝申し上げます。

I opened Bar Tram on this day 18 years ago, and Bar TRENCH 11 years ago today, with the desire to give shape to the concept I envisioned. It's a shame that we are not able to toast with you on the birthdays of our two bars on May 1st.
But We're really happy that we have more customers who are looking forward to our reopening. ( Tokyo is now under a declared state of emergency and our bars are all temporarily closed.) Thank you to everyone who has supported us so far !!!

政府より発令された緊急事態宣言により、Bar Tramは下記の期間、営業時間と営業内容を変更いたします。

4月25日〜5月11日
12:00~18:00
終日、お酒のご提供はありません

お酒をみなさまにご提供できないことはもうすぐ19年目に入るTramにとってはじめてのことであり、残念ですが、昼間のバーのしっとりとした雰囲気の中でお出しする珈琲もまた、みなさまに気に入っていただけると思っております。お近くにお越しの際は、足をお運びいただけると嬉しいです。スタッフ一同、心よりお待ちしております。

Due to the state of emergency declared by the government, Bar Tram will change its business hours during the following period.

April 25 - May 11
12:00~18:00
No alcohol will be served all day.

This will be the first time in Tram's almost 19-year history that we will not be serving alcohol, which is a shame, but we are sure you will love the coffee we serve in the quiet atmosphere of the bar during the day. We're grateful if you could visit us when you are in the neighborhood. We are looking forward to seeing you soon.

2009年、アルテミジア蒸留所のブニョンさんが来日した際にもらったサインがトラムにはあります。”タバコのことは忘れて、もっとアブサンを飲もう! クランディスティーヌを楽しんでください！" と書かれています。
ブルーのコートが目印のブニョンさんの代表作は、クランディステーヌ（ La Clandestine Absinthe )。これは、2005年にスイスでアブサンが合法になり、製品として認められたものの第一号。素晴らしい香りと、ながーく続く余韻。アルコール度数もアブサンとしては低めの53度。アブサン愛好家の間では定番です。ぜひ、トラムでアブサンを飲みに来られる方は、お試しください！

We have an autograph that Mr. Bugnon of Artemisia Distillery gave us when he visited Japan in 2009. There is a message on it that says, " Forget about cigarettes, just drink more absinthe !" .
His most famous work is La Clandestine Absinthe. In 2005, absinthe became legal in Switzerland, and this was the first product to be approved. It has a wonderful aroma and a long-lasting aftertaste. The alcohol content is 53%, which is low for absinthe. It is the timeless-standard absinthe among amateurs. If you are coming to drink absinthe at Tram please try it!

「まん延防止等重点措置」発令にともなう営業時間変更のお知らせ

Bar Tramは、政府より「まん延防止等重点措置」が発令されたことを受け、5月11日まで営業時間を下記の通りとさせていただきます。

12:00 ~ 20:00 (定休日なし）
酒類の販売は、19:00までとなります。

コーヒーとアブサンカクテルが、昼から夜までお楽しみいただけます。写真のカクテルは、「アブサン・モヒート」。通常のモヒートは、ラム酒を使いますが、Tramでは、アブサンをベースにつくります。フレッシュなミントがたっぷり入った、気温が高くなるこれからの季節のドリンクです。

We have also changed our menu to offer coffee and absinthe cocktails throughout the day. The cocktail in the photo is the Absinthe Mojito. Usually, mojitos are made with rum, but at Tram, we use absinthe as the base spirit. The drink is filled with fresh mint and is perfect for the coming season !

バートレンチは昨日発表された2021年“Asia's 50 Best Bars”ランキングで43位に選出していただきました。2016年から、かれこれ6年連続でこの栄誉にあずかっています。
素晴らしいバーが星の数ほどあるなかで、私達の13席の裏通りにあるバーが、長年に渡り、このような賞をいただけるのが、今でも奇跡とかしか思えません。
今までも、これからも、みなさんなくして僕等の存在はありません。本当にありがとうございます。

先日、営業再開のお知らせをしたばかりで、残念なのですが、Bar TRIADは、政府より新たな措置が発表されたことを受け、来週から臨時休業とさせていただきます。

明日(4/10)と明後日(4/11)は、17:00~21:00で営業いたしております。
１ヶ月の休業期間に入る前、お近くにお越しの際は、足をお運びいただければ嬉しいです。お待ちしております。

We have just announced our reopening for business, so we regret to inform you this......... Bar TRIAD will be temporarily closed from next week following the announcement of new measures by the government.

We will be open tomorrow (4/10) and the day after tomorrow (4/11) from 17:00 to 21:00. If you are in the neighborhood, we would be happy if you could visit us before we close for a month.

今週の日曜日、4月4日は、15時から21時まで営業いたします。TRIADでは、アルコール度数が軽いドリンクもメニューにご用意がございます。また、各種リキュールのソーダ割りは、日曜日のお昼に飲むにはぴったりではないかと思います。くわしくはお気軽にスタッフにお聞きください。
