Matter-Luginbuhl AG distillerie visit
マター蒸留所へ
Our 4th day of the ABSINTHE-TRIP , and we decide to make a visit to Matter-LuginbuhlAG distillerie located in Kallnach ,Switzerland .
Mr Oliver Matter has been making different types of absinthe , and some of them had gotten medal prizes .
One product that is quite known is Mansinthe which was produced by Marilyn Manson . it has a interesting alcohol percentage 66.6% .
They have a new absinthe in the market which has coffee in it ( Nouvelle Vague ). It is quite unusual for a absinthe to have coffee in the recipe but the taste is really pleasant .
Unfortunately our trip was coming to a end but I’m looking forward to our next ABSINTRIP .

アブサン旅行４日目、スイスのカールナッハにある
マター蒸溜所に再び行くことにしました。
オリバーマター氏はいろんな種類のアブサンをつくっていますが
いくつかはコンペで金賞をとっています。
マンサンとしてよく知られている、
マリリンマンソンプロデュースのアブサンもここでつくられています。
ちなみにアルコール度は６６．６％
かれらはニューウェーブとも言える
コーヒーを使った新しいアブサンを発売し始めました。
かなり変わっていますが味はよかったです。
残念ながらアブサン紀行は
そろそろおしまいが近づいています。
つぎはいつになるだろう。
